TROOP INDUSTRIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

• Net 30 days from invoice date with approved credit.
• All late payments are subject to a finance charge.
• All accounts past 60 days are placed on credit hold until account is current.
• All claims for any reason must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
• Returned goods  are subject to a restocking fee and must be in the original container and in resalable condition.
• Returns require a signed authorization (RMA) form before a credit will be issued.
• Orders placed using a credit card will include a 3.5% processing fee.
• All weekend and after-hour call-outs are subject to a call-out fee.
• Specialty manufactured/ordered items are non-cancelable & non-returnable.
